Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude Goods and Services Tax (“GST”). Prices displayed on All The Things' website are subject to change without further notice.
PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an order from this website you should use the shopping cart and order page provided. We can only accept orders through the PayPal payment system. Payment will be made immediately on completion of your online order. The PayPal payment system has an encrypting facility for your security.
All The Things only offers postage within Australia. On receipt of your order and payment we will do our utmost to supply you with your products within 7 - 10 working days, however this time frame is not guaranteed.
We use registered Australia Post for all online orders so that we have a tracking number to access delivery information about your package once it is on its way to you.
We will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfill or are unable to fulfill an order. We reserve the right to contact you to verify payment, delivery or other customer details. We also reserve the right to cancel an order (and refund any payments made).
Where inaccurate or incomplete details are provided and additional delivery costs are incurred, you will be liable to pay these costs. We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your tea to reach you in perfect condition.
REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you receive a faulty product please return it and it will be replaced at our discretion. We will reimburse return postage costs. In the event that an exact replacement is not available a credit or refund will be issued.
While every effort will be made to provide you with the product you have requested, if it is unavailable we will contact you to advise you as soon as possible. If an alternative product is deemed unsuitable by you then any payments already made will be refunded immediately.
In the event that we need to enforce our right to recover any money from you, we have the right to recover all costs, including legal costs incurred on a solicitor client basis required to recover such debt.
ADVERTISED GOODS / COLOUR REPRESENTATION
All THE THINGS displays products in a variety of ways, however colours displayed on a computer screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality.
Much effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information, opinions and ideas expressed on this website. Similarly, photographs/pictures/visuals are designed to accurately represent the details of products available for sale on the website (including colours etc.).
However, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss resulting from reliance upon information or images displayed on this website. We expressly exclude to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties, descriptions, representations or conditions whether implied by law, trade, custom or otherwise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability for any claim, damages, loss, or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services and except where statute expressly requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable in any event whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“the Act”)
If you are a consumer under the Act and you are acquiring or holding yourself out as acquiring the goods for a business purpose, the Act will not apply. Subject to this clause nothing in these terms will affect your rights as a consumer under the Act.
