Tea Blend No. 12 - Matcha
Traditionally matcha is whisked rather than brewed; place 1/2 teaspoon into a cup, with a slow pour over of boiling water, and use a bamboo chasen to whisk the tea in a backwards and forwards motion, rather than round and round.
